By downloading or using Clamoru, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Clamoru is provided by Ride Wave Limited.
Clamoru is a personal mood journaling app with three gentle scratch-based games. It also offers Sign in with Apple and a consumable in-app purchase — coins, which are spent to enter Radiant Hunt, an enhanced version of Treasure Hunt, and to send letters to advisors.
You retain ownership of the journal text and photos you add to Clamoru. We claim no ownership of them, and they are not uploaded to our servers.
You also retain ownership of the letters you write. To operate the service, you grant us permission to store a letter and deliver it to the advisor you addressed it to, so that advisor can read it and reply.
Advisors are people we work with directly. When you send a letter, the advisor you addressed it to reads it and writes the reply.
We do not allow content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, deceptive, or that infringes someone else’s rights — in either direction. This applies to what you write and to what an advisor writes.
Reports are reviewed by us. Where a report is upheld we may remove the content, end our work with the advisor, or suspend or terminate the account responsible. If you believe a letter puts someone at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services first, then email us.
Accounts are created through Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the security of the Apple ID you sign in with.
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. Doing so permanently removes your server-side account, any coin balance attached to it, and your letters and replies, and erases the journal entries, attached photos, and drafts stored on that device. This cannot be undone.
We may suspend or terminate an account used to abuse, defraud, or interfere with the service, including any attempt to obtain coins fraudulently.
Coins are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access an enhanced feature within Clamoru. They are not money, not a stored-value instrument, and not property.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us. Prices are set in your local App Store currency and may vary by region.
You agree to use Clamoru only for lawful personal purposes, and not to reverse engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the app or its servers, including any attempt to obtain coins without paying for them.
Clamoru, including its artwork, animations, illustrations, text, and design, is owned by Ride Wave Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Clamoru is designed for personal reflection and casual relaxation. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis response, or professional mental health services. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Clamoru is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ride Wave Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of journal data, photos, or coin balances, arising out of your use of Clamoru.
We may add, modify, or remove features of Clamoru at any time, including the games, the coin system, and accounts.
You may stop using Clamoru at any time by deleting it, which removes its data from that device. Deleting the app does not delete your account — use “Delete Account” in the app for that.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any change is reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
