Clamoru is a private mood journal with gentle scratch-based games.
Clamoru is provided by Ride Wave Limited.
For help, feedback, or accessibility questions, email us. We read every message.
✉ iOS@clarifind.coPlease do not include private journal text or personal photos in your support email. Please include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Clamoru version, and a brief description of the issue. For a purchase problem, add the date of purchase and your App Store order number.
Before emailing, these quick steps resolve most issues:
Mood entries, journal text, drafts, settings, and copies of the photos you attach are stored on your device, signed in or not, and are not sent to our servers. What our servers hold is your account, your coin balance and the coins deducted from it, and the letters you exchange with advisors. Usage analytics are covered in the next question.
Yes. Clamoru uses Mixpanel to see which features people reach and where something breaks: screens opened, controls tapped, the mood you choose, counts such as how many photos an entry holds, and the outcome of game, coin, purchase, and sign-in actions. Your journal text, your photos, and your drafts are not included, and nothing is used for advertising. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Choose a mood on the Home screen, tap “Write This Chapter,” enter your reflection, optionally add up to three photos, and tap Save.
Open the entry from your history or Stats timeline, then use the delete action on the entry detail screen. This removes the entry and the photo copies saved with it; your original photos stay in your photo library.
Open the Advisor tab, pick an advisor, and write them a letter. The advisor reads it and writes back — replies are written by real people. Sending a letter requires an account and costs 10 coins. If no reply arrives within 72 hours, the 10 coins are returned to your balance automatically.
Open the letters with that advisor and use the menu in the top-right corner. Blocking takes effect immediately and stops that advisor from writing to you; you can unblock from the same menu. Reporting asks you to pick a reason, and we review every report. If you believe someone is at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services first, then email iOS@clarifind.co.
No. A reply is one person’s written response, not advice from a licensed professional and not a prediction. Clamoru does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis response, or professional mental health services.
Radiant Hunt is an enhanced version of Treasure Hunt, with its own set of treasures to find and more of them hidden in each scene. Entering a Radiant session costs 1 coin, and replaying within that session is free. Regular Treasure Hunt, Puzzle Reveal, and Stain Removal are free and unlimited.
No. Coins are optional. They are used for two things: Radiant Hunt sessions and letters to advisors.
Open the Relax tab and tap the balance card near the top, then “Get More.” Coins are sold in a single pack, purchased through the App Store. If you are not signed in yet, the card opens Sign in with Apple first — coins are attached to an account.
Coins and letters. Signing in with Apple holds your coin balance and your letters, so they stay with you across reinstalls and devices. A connection is needed to buy a coin pack, to keep the balance in sync, and to send or read letters.
Make sure the device is online, then reopen the Relax tab. If the balance is still wrong, email iOS@clarifind.co with the date of purchase and your App Store order number, and we will look into it.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we are not able to issue refunds directly.
Open the Relax tab, tap the account avatar at the top, and choose “Log Out.” Signing out does not delete anything — your coin balance is waiting when you sign back in with the same Apple ID.
Open the Relax tab, tap the account avatar at the top, choose “Delete Account,” then confirm. This permanently deletes your server-side account, coin balance, and letters, and erases the journal entries, attached photos, and drafts on that device. Coins are forfeited and cannot be refunded. Deleting the app itself also removes its data from that device, but leaves your account standing.
No. We do not receive your journal, so there is no server copy and no developer-operated cloud backup. We cannot access or recover it.
Open iOS or iPadOS Settings, find Clamoru, and adjust Photos access.
Stats are calculated from saved journal entries on your device. Create at least one entry, then choose Week, Month, or Year in the Stats tab.
No. Clamoru is intended for personal reflection and casual relaxation. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis response, or professional mental health services.
Clamoru supports iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 15 or later. The app is designed for portrait orientation.
